Life Care’s Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program utilizes a person-centered, strength-based treatment approach, in addition to other evidenced based practices to provide substance use treatment for consumers with substance use disorder and co-occurring disorders. Consumers are provided treatment through engagement in intensive outpatient therapeutic and case management services. These services include Diagnostic Assessment, Substance Use Assessment, Detoxification, Stabilization, Relapse Prevention, Recovery Support Services, and Medication Management. Through this support, consumers can work toward achieving their treatment goals through individual and group therapy programs in, trauma informed care, job readiness, educational support, life skills development, and comprehensive health services.
